At Frost Homes our goal to build you a quality home at a fair price or in other words give you “value for money.”

We work with you, your architect and designer to create a clear scope of work, budget and schedule. Our “hands-on” approach helps us stay on that budget and schedule so we can build a quality home at a fair price in a timely manner. As your project progresses you are kept abreast of every aspect, from the excavation to final inspection. Cost and budget updates are provided on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule - it is up to you, so you always know your project status. We also provide you with backup for all material purchases and trades invoices so there is transparency in the building process from start to finish. As we have been in the business for 30 years we have an excellent group of skilled trades that will do the job right the first time, standing behind their work.

THE PARTNERS

Jim and Max Frost have been in the building business since 1980, originally as partners and then working on their own. Starting with smaller projects, sundecks and small renovations and working through the various stages of the housing and commercial building markets.

Their commercial resume includes extensive upgrades to restaurants, extended care facilities, financial institutions, offices and warehouses.

Residentially they have a good balance between renovations and new homes. The list includes total renovations to heritage homes, repairing leaky condominiums, and building custom homes.

RECENTLY

In 2002 Jim and Max started FROST HOMES - their focus on building Craftsman Style homes on Bowen Island and Vancouver, some of which you see in our gallery.
